　　83 岁艺术简历：潘新明，1942 年生于陕西华阴，居北京。原中国外交官。在任时业余爱好书法诗词韵语写作，退休后成主业。现为国家一线艺术大师;中华国礼艺术中心、艺术家润格网名誉主席;英国、瑞典皇家艺术院高级艺术顾问、法兰西皇家美术学院中国籍艺术院士、首席艺术家。

　　艺术作品具有创新性思维又有传承、新时代的风范。2019 年中国文艺领袖人物评选委员会等授予新时代文艺领袖人物。2020 年世界文化艺术网等授予“世界十大殿堂级艺术大师”;荣获大国文豪硕学新华奖评委会金奖被授予“新华国艺大学士”;中国互联网联盟发布：“2020 年度全球各界顶级人物之最”。2021 年，荣获国际艺术美协联合会等评选“国际文坛-大国文豪终身成就奖。2022-23 年荣获中国当代文化学者网等评选“中国文化学者奖”，授予“中国当代十大文化学者”荣誉称号。2024 年荣获“世界孔子终身成就奖”，授予”世界汉学家“荣誉称号。

　　83 year old artist resume: Pan Xinming, born in 1942 in Huayin, Shaanxi, residing in Beijing. Former Chinese diplomat.During his tenure, he had a hobby of writing calligraphy, poetry, rhymes, and phrases. After retirement, he became his main career. Currently a national frontline art master;Honorary Chairman of China National Art Center and Artist Runge Network; Senior art consultant at the Royal Academy of Arts in the UK and Sweden, Chinese art academician and chief artist at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in France.

　　Artistic works possess innovative thinking, inheritance, and a new era style. In 2019, the Chinese Literary and Art Leaders Selection Committee and others awarded the title of New Era Literary and Art Leaders. In 2020, it was awarded the title of "Top Ten Hall level Art Masters in the World" by World Culture and Art Network and others; Awarded the Gold Award by the judging committee of the Xinhua Award for Master's Studies by a great literary figure and awarded the "Bachelor of Arts from Xinhua University of Arts"; China Internet Alliance released: "The Most Top People in the World in 2020". In 2021, he was awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award for Great Literary Heroes in the International Literary World" by the International Federation of Arts and Fine Arts Associations. In 2022-23, he was awarded the "Chinese Cultural Scholar Award" by the China Contemporary Cultural Scholars Networkand other organizations, and was awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten Contemporary Cultural Scholars in China". In 2024, he was awarded the "World Confucius Lifetime Achievement Award" and awarded the honorary title of "World Sinologist".
